  • Forms/Community Service

    9th – 12th grades are required to serve 15 hours per year. A minimum of 60 cumulative community service hours are required during grades 9-12 to graduate from Hyde Park High School. To receive special recognition at graduation designating outstanding volunteerism, students must earn a minimum of 300 service hours throughout their high school career. Service hours may be earned at any point after 8th grade requirements have been met and continue through the senior year.

    Each individual teacher will communicate supplies needed for their subject at the start of the class or semester.
  • Clubs/Extracurriculars/Organizations

    High School students participate in a well-rounded variety of spiritual, academic, social, athletic, artistic, leadership, and service opportunities through the school's diverse extracurricular program. Each activity has a faculty sponsor to provide direction and leadership. Some activities have eligibility requirements for participation, such as the Student Council. Students generally conduct their meetings in school facilities. More details on many of these activities may be found in the Campus Life section. The co-curricular program at Hyde Park includes:

Lunch at Hyde Park HS

Hyde Park offers daily menus that are a blend of nutritional plate lunches along with other sandwiches, pizza, and/or salad options. The plate lunch price is $6.00. No pre-enrollment is required and during the school year, menus will be posted on the website and in the Leadership Hall eating area so students can see in advance what will be offered daily.
