Welcome to Hyde Park Schools' Health Services! At Hyde Park Schools, the health and safety of your children is our highest concern. This page provides much of the information and related forms students need at Hyde Park Schools. However, our Health Services staff is happy to answer any questions you might have.

Please make sure your child's immunizations are up to date. All records must be current by the first day of school. If a student is not current, he or she will NOT be permitted to attend school. Please send a copy of all the updated records to the school. Please click the sidebar to see Hyde Park Schools' Immunization Policy, Texas Immunization Requirements, and other important requirements.
